About CipherLabs
CipherLabs is the research and development arm of CipherAI.
We study the problems our products run into — Vietnamese legal and tax language, trustworthy AI, secure systems and data platforms — and we publish our results in peer-reviewed venues.
Our researchers work alongside CipherAI's engineers, so ideas that work reach users quickly, and real users' questions shape what we study next.
Our principles
- Facts from reviewed data. Rates, thresholds, deadlines and nutrition figures come from reviewed data with a source, never from a model's memory.
- Measured, not assumed. Fixed test questions, blind comparisons and reviews of real anonymised questions tell us whether a change made answers better.
- Privacy by design. Personal identifiers are masked before any model reads a document, and sensitive data goes only to providers that don't train on it.
- From research to product. Every project feeds a CipherAI product, so the questions we study come from real users and the results reach them quickly.
